Our online classes were created to give people around the world—especially those in regions without in-person Hapkiyusul training—the chance to begin their Hapkiyusul journey. Whether you’re brand new or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions make it possible to train from wherever you are, on your own schedule, with expert guidance.

Beginner Classes

Perfect for those new to Hapkiyusul or returning after a break, these sessions focus on:

  • Clear, step-by-step instruction
  • Slower-paced movements for better understanding
  • Emphasis on proper form, breathwork, and foundational techniques

Advanced Classes

Ideal for students with previous experience who are ready to build on their skills:

  • Delivered as live-streamed sessions
  • Faster-paced with minimal explanation
  • Emphasis on fluid movement, rhythm, and consistent practice

How Classes Work

  • Platform: Google Meet (simple, no software needed)
  • Duration: Each session runs for approximately 60 minutes
  • Instructor: Taught by Hapkiyusul Global Founder Jarrod Taylor
  • Setup: Once payment is received, a private link is sent—just click to join

What You’ll Need

  • A phone, tablet, or computer with internet access
  • A quiet space of approximately 3 x 2 meters
  • A yoga mat or soft surface for comfort
  • Comfortable clothing for ease of movement

What You’ll Learn

These sessions focus on Hapkiyusul Individual Exercises, which serve as the foundation for deeper training. They are designed to improve:

Exercises Include:

  • Deep Breathing Techniques: Kneeling and standing practices to promote relaxation, lung health, and nervous system function
  • Joint Mobilization & Strengthening: Standing drills to enhance posture, balance, and movement control
  • Floor-Based Mobility Work: Engaging deeper joints and muscle groups through controlled motion
  • Upper & Lower Body Training: Movements that target the shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
  • Light Jumping & Dynamic Drills: Boost cardiovascular endurance and coordination

  • Per Session: $30 AUD
  • Monthly Pass: $120 AUD
